Return Window
Returns are accepted within [7] days of delivery.
Conditions
- Item must be unused, in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Invoice or order ID must be provided.
- Items marked "non-returnable" on the product page cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, socks and personal-use items (for hygiene reasons).
- Customised or personalised products.
How to Return
- Raise a request from your Orders page or contact support with your order ID.
- Our team will arrange pickup or share the return address.
- Once the item passes inspection, your refund or replacement is initiated.
