You can cancel an order before it is shipped.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge from your Orders page or by contacting support. Prepaid amounts are refunded in full.
Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or raise a return request after receiving it, as per our Return Policy.
We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases the full amount paid is refunded within [5-7] business days.
